Focusiva is a product of TFM Software Lab, Hall in Tirol, Austria. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect
- Account data: Name, email address, password (hashed).
- Usage data: Tasks, projects, notes, and other content you create within Focusiva.
- Technical data: Browser type, device info, IP address (for security and abuse prevention).
- Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How We Use Your Data
We process your data solely to provide and improve Focusiva. We do not:
- Sell your personal data to anyone.
- Share your data with third parties for advertising.
- Use your data for purposes unrelated to the service.

Hosting
Our servers are located in Germany and Finland, hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. All data is processed within the EU/EEA.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your Rights (GDPR)
As an EU-based company, we fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
